Opening the Soup Thermo lid is quick and easy with these steps: Lay it flat and hold the small circle of wrench, then pull the wrench up to 90 degrees. Due to vacuum insulation, hold the wrench and press down 1-2 times to let the air in, and then remove the lid easily (Note: Don't let the internal rubber stopper get stuck in the lid).
